"The property itself is beautiful and well kept. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and open space. The location is on a rougher side of Pueblo with a lot of transients and run down homes. However, the property is fenced in and I felt very safe . It was a great price in a spot really close to down town. I really loved it and would stay again . "

"The only thing I didn’t like was, we stayed a couple nights and on our last night there our card keys didn’t work. We had to back down and get new card keys. This also happened last time I stayed 2 nights. For some reason the card keys don’t work the next day."

"Our room was very clean and so was the front desk area. The staff was very pleasant, and I dont think the staff was necessarily the issue. There was a lot of visible damage and lack of vaccuming hallways and rooms, however I did see the vacuums used and I can see why the rooms and hallways werent vacuumed properly. They need attachments to get corners etc. The elevator has some sticky residue in it the entire week we were in there and was not cleaned up, and the condition of the elevator...
