This place was a total gem. Close to Jordan Creek Mall and right off the highway which is soooo convenient. Great location, great rooms, great breakfast. The only thing my husband and I had any complaints about was that the bed got REALLY hot at night and we couldn’t get the air conditioner to turn on or any of the windows to open, so we didn’t sleep great. We will be back for sure, we will just take a couple of blankets off of the bed.

Conditions were clean enough, but rather dowdy and lighting was rather dim and confusing. Some not operable. Reasonably comfortable, but needs freshening. Not as nice as other Springhill Suites we've stayed at. Gray is a nice enough color scheme but total look was overly drab.

The guy at check in was great and had to be one of the most fast and efficient check ins I have had in years. The biggest downside to this hotel for the wife and I were the pillows. Everything was too soft and no neck support. Even the sofa pillow was super plush. I understand that a lot of people like this but for side sleepers people need a firmer pillow. The mattress was excellent though. Other things I notice that have nothing to do with the rating is the the inner shower curtain (the plastic one) needs to be lowered a couple of inches or needs to be a couple of inches longer. It barely touches the tub skirt and does a poor job at keeping water from leaking on the floor. There were a couple of small puddles behind the toilet after we took our showers. Also don’t think the shower fan was working so humidity wasn’t getting out unless the door is open. Finally I noticed as I changed the setting on the shower head that it jiggles a little bit (doesn’t make much difference to the guest) but I’m guessing they installed the plumbing using PEX and did not anchor the shower arm to something sturdy. Might not be a problem now but down the line I could see that developing into possible leakage problems behind the walls down the line, especially if there are adjustable shower heads installed. Again the last items are just feedback for the hotel and should not be a determining factor for a guest on the stay.
