"Booked and prepaid two rooms at this hotel via Expedia. Upon arrival front desk informed us that only one room was booked! Not very convenient for five people! After finally bringing up our expedia account on our cell phones, they said ok and began to search for a second room for us. They found one! It stank like cigarette smoke.
