Personel güzleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi Yalnız biz ordayken şebeke suyunda sorun olduğundan arada sular kesiliyordu.Ekstra tedbir için yapılan depo suyu olsa bile arada suyun akmadığı veya üst kata ulaşmadığı yarım saat - 1 saatlik süreler oldu. "Klima ısıtıcı ile ısınmıyor soğuk havalarda çok tercih edilemez. Sıcak havuzun ısısı çok düşük derecedeydi. Tv çalışmıyor. İlgili alakalı temizliği yapılmış fakat kaldığımız oda ısınmadı. Eksik olarak herhangi birşey yoktu fakat ısıtıcı kesinlikle şart o kadar genişlikteki bir oda için klima ısıtıcı kesinlikle çok yetersiz. "

"Gayet temiz ve düzenliydi evin içinde hiç problem yaşamadık. Bizimle ilgilenen kişi de çok yardımcı oldu ilgiliydi. Tek sorun havuzu hiç kullanmadık. Kış ayı olduğu için Hava epey soğuktu ama normalde havuzunun baya sıcacık olması gerekiyor ki girilebilsin ama su normal ılık bi suydu sıcak bile denemez. Havuz için gitmiştik ama 1 kere bile giremedik. "

"Genel olarak çok memmun kaldık. Gökhan Bey ve Özkan Bey bir telefon uzağımızdaydı ve her sorunumuzda yardımcı oldular. Sorun olarak nitelendirebileceğim bungolavlara yürüyüş yolunun ilk kısmının toprak olması ve daha fazla mutfak kullanım imkanı olmaması. Ama bunlar major sorunlar değildi ve geçirdiğimiz 2 gün hijyen ve ısınma açısından sorun yaşamadık. Tekrar tercih edeceğim keyifli bir tatil oldu."

"The room was not ready before our arrival. Honeymoon decoration not made even though previously asked for. Plumbery problem from the first minutes badly managed. A room changed - Air conditioner not working - hot water in jacuzzi not working. We even quit by the first night. Asked for refund for the night not consumed upon all these problems : the answer was No."

Great place for the family

"Our stay was very good, my family enjoyed the stay and the kids had a great time. Staff was very friendly and if we needed something it was given in a matter of minutes. Big yard for the kids, pool patio bbq. Breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed our stay and I recommend this place to a family traveling with kids. Thank you"

"Every thing is perfect except for the location. This hotel is excellent, clean rooms, friendly staff, reasonable rates, very good buffet breakfast, all kinds of coffee, tea, juices free. Only one thing, the location, there’s no shops or restaurants around."
