Very Hospitable

We took a 10 day trip to Yunnan and stayed at the Hilton and Grand Hyatt in the cities we visited and this hotel was the most hospitable to its guests. The owners really thought of everything and were extremely helpful in every way. Would highly recommend.

地元でもオシャレな設計で有名な小さなホテルでした。 スタッフがとても親切で、観光から帰ると暖かい生姜茶、夜は白キクラゲのスープを持ってきてくれます。 今回、3泊3部屋でしたが、それぞれに部屋が違い、カレサンスイの名前通り、日本の枯山水の庭のイメージの部屋はなかなか面白かったのですが、一階の部屋以外は、正直、オシャレすぎて使いにくい感じでした。 一階の部屋は充分な広さと、お茶するための小上がりなどもあり、アメニティも高級でオシャレで良かったのですが、お手洗いは、もう少し隠して欲しかったです。 香格里拉の広場からも近く、散策にも便利。 良いホテルでした。

雰囲気の良い清潔なホテル

今回真冬の滞在であったが、部屋には業務用エアコンの他、シャワー室には天井にエアコンが設置されていて3泊を通じて寒いと感じることは無かった。またベッドには電気毛布が敷かれていて暖かく寝ることができた。ホテル名前にもある「枯山水」は部屋の中にも再現されてあり、外国人旅行者にとっては、感動するかもしれない。しかし、部屋のスペースの殆どに石と砂利が敷かれていて ちょっとした部屋内の移動でも大変。障害物競争のようである。高地に慣れていない旅行者にとっては苦痛となる。雰囲気よりも機能性を優先したい旅行者にはお勧めできない。水道水はホテルのせいではないと思うが、カビ臭い。フロントの女性は親切だが英語は理解できない。誰か一人でいいから英語が分かる人がいると助かる。一方で、このホテルは新しく清潔。古城内にあり、近く店は無いが、5分も歩けば古城の中心に行ける。料金設定は高いが、雰囲気を重視する旅行者にはお勧めできる。

Really cool little hotel, just inside the Dukezong ancient city part of Shangri-la (Deqen). Great base for local highlights like Sumtsaling Monastery and Potatso National Park. Seems almost brand new, very comfortable, and all the models cons. Staff were fantastic, extremely helpful with organizing trips, and very welcoming. Provided a great home cooked breakfast, and even made me some local soup at 10pm after a long day touring. Highly recommend.

酒店位置好 在古城裹面 可是晚上不會吵 服務員很貼心 需要的物品 提出的要求 都很快辦妥 訂了3人房 房間很大 裝潢很漂亮 下次還會再住

Es un hotel muy bonito, con un diseño muy moderno y con habitaciones amplias y con todas las comodidades. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno es bastante completo. El baño está separado de la habitación solo por una cortina. Es en la parte vieja de la ciudad, donde se concentra el turismos y hay multitud de tiendas y restaurantes. Ayudan a preparar excursiones.

Home away from home in Shangri-la

It's a wonderful hotel - new, clean and comfortable. Easily the best that we have stayed in our two-week trip in China. Staff were warm and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure guests feel welcome there. They picked us up from the coach station on arrival and dropped us off to the airport on departure. The breakfast that was included was delicious and freshly made every morning. The location was two minutes walk from the centre of Shangri-la old town. The whole hotel environment was serene and relaxing. It's a great place to chill-out and holiday.

Amazing Hotel Staff

We had an excellent experience in the hotel despite my husband had a bad high altitude sickness. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was amazing, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

很有设计感的民宿，服务业很贴心，是在独克宗古城很不错的住宿。但房屋的太注重设计而稍微忽视了实用性，走路时不得不随时注意脚下。早餐若能提供更多选择就更好了，比如牛奶和水果。总体来说很满意。

Clean and pretty

Cars are not allowed in the ancient city the hotel is located. The hotel is around 100m from the north gate. Overall, the hotel is very pretty. However, due to all the stone steps and stairs you will require the hotel staff help to move the lugguage to room and vice versa. The hotel got drivers whom can bring you to shangrila attraction - national park rmb 200 or airport rmb 30

The staff was very friendly and helpful ... some of them spoke good English Large and nice room Delicious breakfast Perfect location in the old center of Shangri-la Only two observations: the reception area with different design, but little functional The general circulation inside the hotel is not comfortable and even less with luggage. Possibly a problem for older people
