Not a very clean hotel or a good neighborhood. It bothered me to leave my car outside and not in a parking garage since a lot of crime is around here. I went to the bar to grab a drink and there were some creepy drunk men there, so I left because I did t feel safe. I would not stay here again.

Springhill Suites is so conveniently located. I stay here every time I have appointments at Anschutz UC Health. It’s a short walk away, but also provides transportation. The staff is all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also good. We will continue staying here whenever we have appointments at UC Health.

Our hotel room was infused in chemicals, it was cleaned but my sister immediately had an alergic reaction to all the chemicals you could obviously smell right when you walked in! We reported this to a reception and all they could offer is a room service or to find a new hotel and issue a refund. We moved the next day. At least we got the refund. Thumbs down.

The staff was excellent and our one month stay was really smooth and comfortable. We have a 2 months old baby so we were very anxious on how our stay would go, but it went much better than what we expected.

I have stayed at Springhill Suite properties in other states and they were always very clean and kept up. This property, not so much. The room had a funky smell when we entered it. We had to have the manager spray some room air freshener in it to cover the smell. There were cracks on the shower tile. The carpets in the room and halls were very worn. The ice machine had the top off exposing wires and tubes. Not very impressed with property.

The hotel was great, chill, nice breakfast, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean. The hotel doors were locked at night and clients could access only with their hotel cards which made me feel very safe.
