The shuttle from the airport just drove past and didn’t pick anybody up while I was waiting for it. Then the room I stayed in had no heat controls and was freezing. Lighting was also terrible. Overall pretty eh, don’t plan to go back.

The shuttle never arrived at the airport. We waited over an hour though they said it circled every half hour. Numerous other people were waiting with us, so it wasn't like it was a small group. Also, they were out of toiletries. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but other people had flights cancelled and didn’t have any. It was clean though.

Disastrous Stay - Avoid at All Costs! Our overnight stay was horrific; we were woken at 5 AM by bed bugs, leaving us covered in bites. To make matters worse, the TV didn't work. When we complained, the hotel refused any refund or room change. This place is a health risk with appalling customer service - steer clear if you value comfort, health, or basic amenities.

Traveling as a single female, I always feel safe staying here when I have to over-night in Denver. Highly recommend. Also the shuttle man was GREAT! Such a wonderful human. Front desk staff just as wonderful.

The room was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and with extending my stay an extra night and explaining how the shuttle from the hotel to the airport worked. Will definitely be staying here again.

I booked this property and actually paid to stay there but never made it to the room!! Probably a good thing. Called to confirm room type and all. Front desk person said they would help take care of everything when I arrived. Upon arrival they wanted to charge me $70 more for the room I had called to make sure I booked. However, I used the facilities quickly and the place was filthy. The girls at front desk were rude and laughing. Went and stayed at a nice clean hotel instead.
