Will stay elsewhere next time.

Would not stay here again for the details listed in the 'What, if anything, could be improved? ' section. It wasn't a pleasant stay, while the room itself was okay the bathroom was grubby. Though there were no smoking signs throughout the hotel, the staff smoked in the doorways & courtyards, ensuring that the hallways always had cigarette smoke, and the smoke even came in the bathroom vent.

Its very bad hotel I ever had .no customer servic.

The hotel has very poor internet.no breakfast provide.rooms not clean no safety looker .if I asked anything to staff they said so sir we don't have .no soap no toothpaste.bedshet no change everyday .i had very bad experience.i left this place next morning.and pay again for another one

no way to stay here

Expedia do not have option to give them minus stars otherwise I would give them minus stars rating, no lockers provided in the rooms that's the first privacy for every customer , no air cons working properly, smelly river in front of the hotel , so many mosquitoes in the rooms , no toothpaste provide in the bathrooms even no hand soap bar manager always say just use your body wash to wash your hand that was rediclous experience for me, I need my refund back from hotel because I spent $ 150 to book for another 4 nights in Bali. Please I don't recommend even single person to stay there back. Thanks

Good for traveler who wants to stay local area

This is 2nd stay for me. It mean before stay was so nice! This time I felt bad point is breakfast only. Staff is soooooo nice, and manager was arranged Uber for us! It's half price of taxi, I think. They speaks English well, if guest asked manager what you want, he will try to his best for you. Clean room, well maintained swimming pool, wonderful staff with this room rate is impossible! I highly recommend to Denpasar lover, not to beach and Kuta area lover. If you interesting in Denpasar, should stay here. And would like to recommend to stay Deluxe room, you can get balcony also. Will back next time again!

Hotel nyaman dan sesuai budget

Saya memesan triple room karena menginap bersama adik dan mama. Kamar luas, tempat tidur nyaman dan empuk, suasana tenang. Secara umum, kami menikmati waktu menginap di Sylvia Hotel. Hanya perlu dipertimbangkan untuk area-area selain lantai 1 dan kolam renang bagi perokok. Bisa juga dengan membuka balkon yang telah disediakan untuk kamar-kamar di lantai 2 dan 3.

hotel yang nyaman untuk keluarga

kamarnya bersih dan besar,,kamar mandi sangat nyaman dan bersih..kolam renang bersih dan cocok untuk keluarga..hanya saja tidak tersedia laundry dan restoran. kalau berlibur ke bali lagi, saya akan menginap disini lagi, karena dekat kemana mana..hanya saja lokasi hotel yang masuk jalan kecil, sehingga kesulitan menemukan lokasi
