Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Scam
This hotel is fraudulent. They will contact you after you make the booking and demand more money. If you do not pay more they will not refund anything. Unfortunately hotels.com are helping them to continue and does nothing about it. Instead they wash their hands and say that they are only a middle man. Pure theft
