Nice hotel, but we did not get our sleep

The hotel facilities are nice in general. The food is also nice. However, the thermostat in the room was not working and it was too hot. We dis not have a good sleep.

Winter stay.

It's a very old that has been bought by Ramada. There has been a very little renovation a the hotel. It's very old and spa area is a mess. Everything is almost broke. The Thermal water outside is cold. And if you're coming to use outside thermal its disappointing. The cleaning is not good. But the staff and workers are very nice, helpful and smiling. We did get Snickers and fusetea as welcoming gift. The breakfast was very good and big. Ramada needs to make big improvements.

ÇalÄ±ĆŸanlar ilgili, odalar temiz, akƟam yemeği ve kahvaltı iyiydi. Termal havuz yeterli. Çocuk etkinlik alanı kĂŒĂ§ĂŒk ama idare eder. Memnun kalmadığımız tek Ɵey (çocuklu aile için sıkıntı) oda duvarları çok ince, yalıtımsız, yan odanın sesi çok geliyor.

Termal otel olarak kötĂŒ bir tercihti.

Otel konsepti olarak iyiydi fakat dÄ±ĆŸ termal havuz çalÄ±ĆŸmıyordu. İçeride bir termal havuz var fakat spa ile arasında mesafe var ve koridor soğuk. Kapalı havuz bir çocuk havuzu kadar ve soğuk. Termal otel değil de daha çok konaklama oteli olarak uygun geldi bize. Yemekler harikaydı. Hem lezzetli hem de çeƟitliydi. Extra içki fiyatları biraz yĂŒksek geldi. Otel personeli ilgili ve kibar.
