Disappointed at property.
Made the reservation though the website. Arrived past midnight, but I did email the property of my arrival time. When I showed up, the hotel did not have my reservation. I called Hotels.com and they verified my reservation, but the hotel did not acknowledge it. Hotels.com very graciously gave me a voucher. Thanks, Hotels.com!

Do not go to this hotel and do not book it online!
When I arrived they had no reservation for me and even got very aggressive. They wouldn't ear anything! I had paid Hotels.com and had to pay them again... then I had no working shower and had to wash with a bucket of hot water, heated with a giant electric prong. See photo..

Friendly and efficient staff but filthy rooms
Staff were all friendly and efficient and not rude unlike many hotel staff in Delhi. Large bed, AC didn’t work. Bathroom was filthy, fake eyelashes stuck on wall and window would not close because cleaners had put old toilet paper holders, clumps of hair, and other garbage behind the open window frame. And there was a nightclub right next door which didn’t stop playing music until early in the morning. Staff nice, food was ok, central location but so dirty and sheets clearly had not been changed.
