"We stayed at the property for only one night. The staff was very helpful when we requested to switch our room from next to elevator shaft to a more quite place. The room we stayed was spotless clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We dined at the hotel's restaurant. Enjoyed the food, although was little on the pricy side. "

"Good place to stay, and it's nice if you're independent, for example, we could get drinks any time from the common areas downstairs. Quiet, neat, and peaceful. We did not have to worry about parking. The managers were friendly and personable, and sent personal texts the day we were scheduled to arrive, which was a friendly touch. The breakfast was delicious! We've stayed there twice and would not consider anywhere else when we go back to Philadelphia. "

"We went for a one night get away and had spa appointments and dined at JG Sky high. The four seasons never disappoints and it was an all around amazing experience, the spa, the stay, the food and the employees and the ambiance. Love it every day "

"Stayed for the eagles parade/Valentine’s Day. Check in was easy. View was gorgeous. They had a dishwasher in the kitchenette and a latte machine downstairs by the pool that was awesome. The pool was heated. I have no complaints. Will be staying again. "

"My experience at this hotel was great! My wife and I visited from NYC for the Eagles parade with our puppy but was nervous about the checkout times because it was during the parade. Neel and Dominique were very nice and accommodating and made our experience a great one where we didn't have to worry for our fur baby. Whenever we visit Philly again, we know where we'll be coming back to. FLY EAGLES FLY and thanks for making our parade experience a great one!"

"We had a great stay at Hyatt this past week. The location is central - you don't really need a car. Lots of places are accessible by foot or public transporation. The staff at the front desk were all so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to friends!"

"We attended the Eagles Championship game and the hotel was overbooked and no Longer had 2 double beds. They did a good job in accommodating our reservation and ended up having a pleasant stay. They handled day of parade very well and only let guests of hotel in that space during that activity. The hotel is beautiful and despite all the people and the championship celebrations I heard little noise. I’d stay here again as it is very centrally located to many attractions."
