"Nice stay overall. It’s the second time we chose these apartments for the price & value. Unfortunately, for some reason we didn’t get our room done this time either (same happened on our first stay, last month) and during the early morning we had some really noisy neighbors that prevented us from having a good sleep. Leaving that aside, it’s a good place to stay. Easy fast check in / out, comfortable and clean."

"The room was nice, clean, large, quiet, and comfortable; also had great air conditioning. Hotel is right next to a market and juice stand, and walking distance to main strip. Manager/owner was friendly, and helped us find parking. It’s a boutique, so there is no front desk to check in or check out; knock on office door to get your door code, and there is no check-out. Check-in and check-out instructions could be more clear, but it wasn’t a big problem. "

"A great place to stay for our family of four. Could have slept 7 comfortably if necessary. Extremely clean, loaded with lots of thoughtful extras, great A/C, and in a very eclectic neighborhood. The host was very communicative, always available, and made sure check in went smooth and our parking needs were taken care of. Definitely a great option for a family looking for a comfortable place to stay in Haifa."

"Great stay. Lovely room. Wish the curtains were blackout--it was bright very early (I'll bring a sleeping mask next time). Great location, excellent condition, very clean. Perfect for a short stay in Haifa!"

"This property was easy to find with the manager sending videos and texts. I was able to get around Haifa by bus and taxi and the view of the Baha'i shrine was wonderful."

"Excellent room, fantastic host who was very accommodating and delightful personality, just wasn't clear on the website how the location was deep in a village which was difficult to access, poorly marked, and therefore feeling unsafe. After we were settled, we felt fine, just getting to and from the property was uncomfortable."

"The place looks amazing and designed in the spirit of old Safed. I really enjoyed getting to know the owners of the place, they were super kind and lovely! They have thought of anything you'll need during your vacation. The apartment is close to all the interesting places in Safed. I am so happy that I chose this apartment. I had a spectacular and magical experience, HIGHLY recommended! A truly 10/10 experience!"

"Everything was perfect Could not be better Starting with the view the location The staff SUPERB the services Hassan at room services The bfast and its variety and healthiness and awesomeness Everyone worked with love here absolute love Only the spa needs to b a better 3rd company But EVERYTHING AT THIS HOTEL WAS AMAZING Starting with Amir at the barista Louisa Jonathon Agatha and karam and nael Omer ido and Hazem Malak at f&b Aboo bassel at the housekeeping as well as Waleed Excellent excellent experience! "Staying at the Leonardo Plaza Hotel in Tiberias was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the beautifully remodeled room, I was captivated by the attention to detail and the stunning view overlooking the boardwalk. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, situated in the heart of everything, yet offering a serene escape. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, Talia the public relations manager in particular was extremely helpful and polite. Every request or concern I had was swiftly addressed with a smile, making me feel incredibly well taken care of throughout my stay.
