"I loved this small 5 room B & B. No key cards just normal room keys. Atmospheric with stone walls and pitched roofs. Heat worked wonderfully (without being too intense). Breakfast was regional to Hatay and delicious. Very kind and helpful staff. The downside is that there were no safes to put valuables in the rooms and the windows were frosty so you couldn't really see outside without opening them. I enjoyed my stay and would go there again. "

"There had been an earthquake in 2023 and the area around the hotel had been destroyed. Many historical sites destroyed too so we left after two days. Who ever built the hotel and the Hotel Museum built them to sustain earthquakes."

" I recently stayed at the Artes Hotel in Hatay, and I must say, it was a remarkable experience. This hotel is pretty much the only one in the area still standing after the devastating earthquake in 2023, which is a testament to its solid construction and resilience. The staff at Artes Hotel are incredibly nice and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is right next to the Uzun Çarşı, much of which seems to be up and operating again, at least, in some capacity. I would stay here in a second if I come to Antakya again. "Started badly as we were shown ro an unmade room. We eneded up in an upgraded room which was nice. The kitchen and bathròom were filthy. The manager was very friendly and helpful and did his best ro make us feel good. Staying there was perfect for our need. Bus stop at the front door. Nice fòod on all sides. Beautiful view. Good value but they really need new linen. The towels were full of holes"
