"The hotel is conveniently located near to the bus terminal so making it ideal for arrival & departure from airport. We loved the central location with everything a short stroll away incl shops, cafes & quay etc. Staff were very welcoming & helpful when needed. Our room was lovely, big, quiet, clean & serviced regularly. Thank you for a lovely stay & we will definitely be booking again for our future visits to La Rochelle"

"Une très belle résidence neuve très propre. Parking gratuit tout autour. Petit bémol le peu de vaisselle mis à disposition. Manque de clarté sur les prix des suppléments dont 7 euros pour le chien par nuit. Pas de facture remise pourtant c'est obligatoire mais je ne travaille pas à la DGRFF... Accueil très agréable. Nous reviendrons. "

"This is one of our favourite hotels and was our fourth time staying there. The location is excellent- right in the centre of town- but peaceful. The staff are v friendly and helpful; great breakfast; on site parking which is particular helpful in La Rochelle. A wonderful spa. Generally a lovely place to relax"

"Lovely hotel in the heart of La Rochelle. We had a room in the annexe which was good because at the time there were extensive renovations taking place to the exterior of the main building which was shrouded in green fabric. Internally it was renovated I believe last year to a very high standard and was modern whilst retaining many original features. Parking available on site is a must, at an extra cost, but is well worth the charge. Breakfast was plentiful and very busy but we always managed to...

"Hotel right on the sea front with lovely sea and harbour views. 1.6klms (1 mile) walk from the city center. Nice walk but a long way if you are not a good walker and I wouldn't want to walk through the park alone at night. The front terrace was nice with sun lounger and table and chairs. Large comfy bed with tv, kettle, hairdryer. No air con, but a fan in the room. Didn't have breakfast but was charged for it on arrival so had to ask them to take it off our bill at the end. The breakfast looked good with croissants, cake, bread meats cheese cereal. We only had a coffee, but it wasn't very nice. No bar so you have to order drinks etc from reception. There is a little cafe close by"

She was incredibly helpful during our check-in, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Barbara went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations for sightseeing and helping us find all the information we needed to make the most of our visit. Her friendly and professional demeanor truly set the tone for our stay. In addition to Barbara's fantastic service, Yuri and Anton at the bar also deserve high praise. They were both incredibly welcoming and provided top-notch service throughout our time at the hotel. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made our evenings at the bar a delightful experience. Overall, the staff at this hotel made our stay memorable with their exceptional service and genuine hospitality.
