Amazing property! There has never been a better staff. Staff went out of their way to help us with the area as we were leaving our daughter there for 10 weeks alone :(. We were given all kinds of information of things to do and not do while in the area.

The property is above average. The main thing that impacted my score was that there was rust and mold in the toilet and that the garbage in my room was not emptied every day. For the expensive cost , I’d expect more attention to detail.

It was nice to stay away from Sturgis during rally week. The hotel definitely has demand pricing… it ain’t cheap during rally week. 5 star pricing for 3 star hotel and service.
