This place is very shady and unsafe. What was advertised and what we saw when we got to the place does not much one bit. Me and my sister felt unsafe in this place the locks on the doors were not reliable and the whole place was dark and shady. I would caution anybody who is looking to book this place not to do so if you value your safety! We notified the very unhelpful and unprofessional staff and left right at away with out staying there and ended up losing out our money.
Nothing to say about this property
Its in bad shape and noisy
Staff unavailable and office is always closed
Very expensive considering you can get much better properties for $100 more
Very budget option. You get what you pay for. The price is unbeatable though. If you wish to visit Banff, surrounding areas and, Calgary- this hotel would be the best choice.
Friendly & accommodating staff; comfortable bed; clean room. On the downside, garbage & debris were strewn around the entrance. General maintenance is much needed. For example, the screen for the window was broken and not in position, the TV and remote are in need of replacement; the electrical wall sockets are worn out and should be replaced.
The filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Stuff smeared on the wall, dirty bathroom, ripped sheets, random dirty mattress laying on the floor when we arrived….. Issues were addressed with front desk & nothing was offered to fix them but another set of ripped sheets. I had to go buy bleach wipes to clean up the mess we didn’t make.

I did not stay as felt unsafe there and found the facility very dirty. Sheets were worn with holes and was afraid of contracting bed bugs although didn’t actually see any. I would never recommend this place!
