Arrived at the hotel around 1 AM. Shuttle Service is very good. In retrospect I would’ve booked a more reasonably priced property, but the shuttle was my initial draw. I came in very early in the morning. Next time I’ll get a taxi to a closer property. This was a very nice hotel. Recommend.

The staff was horrible , my room was switched 3 times, fridge didn’t work , st tub was rusted , manager told me she would call the police and have me put out with my kids at night because I complained that my fridge didnt work , I asked her the reason she said just because she could she didn’t need a reason her name is Chanel T. He manager name is Jarrell or Jared but I wasn’t able to speak to him , my kids were afraid all night thinking the police was gonna put us out absolutely horrible service we are traumatized

Needs a refreshment/update. Great location for Embry-Riddle’s students moving in. Water at bath tube (221) kept dripping. It was reported but not fixed. Also reported a burned light bulb, which eas inmediately changed. Breakfasr was decent and parking free.
