Unit owners responsive. Needs more staff for larger property amenities that are completely closed for use-except beach access. Beachfront unit view the best part. The linens were exceptional.

Building still damaged from hurricane last year, pools and concrete broken on outside, could easily be considered a run down hotel. Our room was more comfortable than a regular hotel room, had everything we needed for our stay, was one of those you get what you pay for kind of thing.

The room we had was nice. It was clean. It definitely needed more upgrades. The ac was loud. The tub was rusty. You could still see repercussions of the hurricane damages and water damage. Guest services were friendly and helpful. The location and the view were amazing.

Room was nice and clean. Very disappointed that the pools were in such a bad condition and nothing was mentioned at the time of reservation. Unable to use inside pool either. But overall this was a family gathering and we all had a great time after all. Will definitely go back when pool get fix.

ALL AMENITIES CLOSED!

Back in the day, this place was probably amazing. At no time ever in any communication, ad, or during the transaction did anyone mention that this hotel's amenities were closed. ALL OF THEM! 4 pools, closed. Restaurant, closed. Tiki Bar, CLOSED! In fact, the sea wall was destroyed in the last hurricane, which in turn has destroyed much of the pool deck, so you can't even access the beach through the hotel. 7 elevators, only 1 works... Looks like it's been that way for a year and it's on its last legs. The room pictured was upgraded. The one we got was not. AT ALL. We made the best of it. The beach is always a good time. Just know what you're getting into.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BOOKING

Well if you don’t intend on being at the hotel much, or you’re fine with just being confined to your room this is great. Otherwise run. They say that it’s clearly stated that the amenities are closed. But it doesn’t. We ran into other really disappointed couples as well. There is no pool, no hot tub, you have to park next door and walk over, no restaurant or dining area, and. For “ocean view” you have to look over a crusty rooftop before you can enjoy the view of the ocean. The lamps in the hallway are broken, and to top it off they sold my room twice! So someone accessed our room with our code as my husband was getting out of the shower. It was quite the embarrassing moment for the lady and my husband as he wasn’t expecting anyone and came out barely wrapped in his towel. When I mentioned this to the host. They just said yeah don’t worry it won’t happen again. But you can stay until 12, zero communication as at 10:30 the cleaning crew was banging on the door saying we needed to leave.

This property was nice however it was different than the usual check-in. You had to contact me owner in advance and they are owned by separate people. These particular people that I booked with were horrible at communicating and solving issues. Due to the storm I kind of overlooked some things. However when I tried to reach out to them they did not respond and I had to contact them several times just to get into my room. Overall the cleanliness of the room was wonderful. The problem is we will not able to use all of the amenities due to the power being out the stove was inoperable as well as the refrigerator did not have any power and we even try to plug it up where it was unplugged and still no power and again I reached out to the property owner and no response. There was a cooler in the room so I'm assuming this has been an ongoing issue so what we had to do was go get ice to keep the items that we had cool. When booking make sure you inspect the room thoroughly because you may not get what is listed when you book The room apartment condo or Villa. That was the only issue mainly that I had was we were not able to use the stove that we booked for as well as the refrigerator also we were not able to get any channels on the TV so basically we were just able to sleep and shower. Even if the owner couldn't solve the solution right then and there the communication is very poor. As far as what they offered when you booked on the website a lot of the amenities such as the pool and

The hotel is under renovation and had a musty smell. The room was good with no smell and was comfortable. The view was amazing. Only issue I had was the TV because it wanted you to log in on a phone. I have a flip phone and no internet access. i did figure out how to do it from my laptop so was fine the reminder of my stay. Good thing I had brought my computer. LOL
