This property is close to some good restaurants and a wide array of shopping options. It is also relatively quiet, clean and comfortable. The reception staff is helpful and nonintrusive. We have stayed here multiple times with consistent satisfaction.

Found a bug in my room and the owner completely dismissed it and said that the bug is common in ohio. Like..okay..the bug is common in ohio but should NOT be found in my hotel room? Mind you, i was on the second floor and there were about 4-5 of these things in the bathroom. No remorse, no compensation, not even a simple "i apologize". I will NOT be back.
