"The view from our room was amazing and the bed was comfortable. The room was a bit small and the bathroom had a weird layout. We liked having the option of the MRT or TRA (local train) nearby the hotel. Lots of food options nearby too."

"I've stayed at this property many times and I like it the rooms are comfortable it's a very stylish hotel and the food is excellent this time I had access to the lounge on the 19th floor which was nice to have that privacy and comfort and quietness to eat breakfast and not the rush of the buffet downstairs which can get quite busy"

"Location is excellent, close to the Ximending area but also avoid the hilustle and bustle too. Front desk staff are polite and hotel is pretty new and clean. I will definitely stay there again next time."

"I like everything of this hotel, its staff especially. What I don’t like is its gym capacity. Very tiny place in a very small room without windows, less than 800 square feet I think. Also its spa is community sharing. If you are a regular gym goer, I won’t recommend it but if you are not, it is a pretty nice hotel overall. "

"The hotel is very conveniently located near main train station from where you can explore Taipei. There are also various shopping streets and river walk with a lot do. I have stayed in citizenM in other cities around the world and they all have the same setup and staff. I really enjoyed everything except a bit of noise coming from a big highway right next to hotel. "

"For the price I paid this was an excellent choice.All I needed was a place to sleep and relax.My room did not have a window.But I did not mind that the room was clean and the bathroom was clean as well. If you are looking for a nice cost efficient place to sleep this would be your choice."

"The wash room is for disable that is good for me. The carpet has stain and not enough out let for iPhones to charge. Overall she has 4.5/5. I will stay next time if I visit Taiwan."

"The entire hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The daily fruit platter in our room hit the spot every time. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff were very nice and friendly. The views from the rooftop pool were beautiful. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back. "
