"The staff didn’t provide towels to us daily. They never came to pick the dirty towels. The bathroom drain wasn’t working so the tub filled with water when showering. There was only one garbage can in the room, which was very small. Most of the staff were nice but one woman at the desk was very nasty when we asked for another blanket. The breakfast had variety but the woman watched me and my family the whole time we were getting food. The omelets were so hard, they couldn’t be eaten. "

"Only two towels for two people but appreciate the make up remover wipes. Found a a-tip under the bed, fitted bedsheet is very worn, and stains on carpeting. Room is spacious and has an ironing board and iron. "
