"We booked 2 family rooms and the room was full of dust seems not cleaned for quite a while. We requested to room cleaning only to be cleaned the night before we checked out. by the way we stayed there for 3 nights. We slept in the room for 2 nights without our room cleaned despite requests and hanging the clean up room tag on our outside door. I would not recommend this hotel"

"Friendly and the cleanest hotel so far in Davao. This includes Dusit Thani where we stayed for a few days. The rooms smelled great with no hint of mold. The only down side is the breakfast (no variety) . Food with room service was prompt but was only luke warm during arrival. Will stay here again. "

"Seda Abreeza is a great place to stay. Beautiful pool, very safe, centrally located very close to the mall."

"The pinnacle is a good hotel but it used to be excellent . The staff are still excellent but its beginning to show its age like all other hotels do. The food on the nenu is excellent but the breakfast is limited. The biggest downside i found was the shower curtin. It had clearly seen better days and should have been replaced. Would i stay there again. I am doing."

The breakfast buffet was delightful, and I particularly enjoyed the ambiance. The pool was fantastic, with plenty of benches to sit back and relax. We truly enjoyed our stay!"
