"A good location not far from a few tube stations. Nice area too I felt quite safe coming back late at night. Downside of it being a nice area is they seem to road sweep every morning quite early on! It was a bit noisy but nothing too crazy. "

" We stayed there for 7 nights 10 minutes walk to Earls court station Lots of dining places around Close to Tesco Superstore by C3 bus Very quite safe area Recently redecorated like the pictures Kitchen was well equiped and more than enough for three people Weather was cold but heating was very good Nice and clean Staff was very helpful Brilliant stay and definitely recommend Cleveland Kensington. "This was an excellent property for a single woman. The staff were very helpful. And they managed to get me in my room early after coming in on an early morning flight from the states. They even called me to let me know when it was ready. There was a little issue with the heat, but they were quick to remedy it. The only negative at all is that the atmosphere is a little cold. It doesn’t have the warmth that is typical in South Kensington properties but that’s a small price to pay for efficiency...

"The staff was very kind and cared for costumers. The room was very small but convenient, i only stayed for 1 night. 5 minutes walk to PADDINGTON Station. There is plenty of shops and food around. For food I recommend Cleopatra, within 2 minutes walk from hotel BEWARE NO ELEVATOR!, and tiny room, Not recommended if you’re carrying big luggage. Very clean, looks like they just renovated. I would stay again if i need to! I slept very well and felt safe as the hotel’s door only opens either from inside or with your card Has remote climate. Bring your own toiletries as they only offer mini 1 shampoo and 1 soap. "

Great place to stay

"This hotel was perfect for our stay, big comfy room, nice bed linen,modern clean shower room with nice fluffy towels! Just a bit too warm with the window closed against the noise, but a good fault!! The bar is comfortable and spacious with the nicest staff and great coffee. Good snacks too. Helpful reception . Suited us very well, plenty of places to eat nearby. Would definitely recommend it and we would stay again, thanks everyone. "
