"Great property, great staff and wonderful cleaning. I must point out that there is no stove top so you cannot cook your own meals. The balcony is a real bonus, and various restaurants are close by. Laundry is next door and is 12 euro's which is a bit steep, but you do have the choice of self service Laundry bar about 7 minutes away.( you need coins 4 euro to was 1 for 20 minutes drying) Breakfast is off sight but I never sampled it, so can't comment. "Nice resort. Perfect place to stay if you have kids. Family oriented with the activities they provide. Also has a kids pool and playground on the premises Also provides night time entertainment for the whole family. The location is great as it’s near Nissi Beach and the Underwater Museum Resort also is right on the sea with great views The breakfast is amazing too. Lots of choice , all yummy Highly recommend this place if you’re in the Ayia Napa area and have kids. "

"This was one place you could not fault the staff at all. They were all so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us especially my little boy who is a super fussy eater. Maria in the main restaurant was just so amazing. Fabio from the animation team has an amazing team for the entertainment! Marina Hristiana Mo George all from the bar and restaurant were just so kind and very helpful. Don’t change you have it all spot on!"

"Overall arrived late wasn’t told about the subcharge 50 euro for air con which is needed in the heat! Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. We were there the one week and not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed in duration of the week we slept in dirty sheets made us disgusting, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and had a few friendly cockroaches arrive. " - The first night incredible noise above us till after midnight reception sorted out. No shower gel or soap, no washing up product, no kitchen cloth, no sponge. Bathroom very small - not very good designed. Big terrace, elevator, nice pool, good and friendly staff, kids like it, "

"It's just generally a lovely property and I had a nice stay. The area is great in terms of grocery shopping and the beach is about a 14 minute walk away. I found the staff very helpful and amenable, it was a nice welcome to Cyprus."

"The location was great with easy access to the beach. Service was excellent as was the breakfast. The rooms were comfortable although not having a separate shower was not ideal. The description of the room as “with a sea view” was technically correct but the sea view was not that prominent. Overall good value for money though."

A super hotel

"A terrific hotel with friendly welcoming staff . The junior suite was amazing equipped with everything for a great stay The hotel is in a superb location , two minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the shops and restaurants. Diana and Angel two receptionists are amazing . They are knowledgable, efficient and friendly. "

A very good experience.

"My wife and I had a very good experience. A nice and friendly receptionist welcomed us and we were quickly shown to the hotel room, which was nicely decorated. Everything seemed nice and clean. The relatively new hotel is located in central Ayia Napa with a reasonably short walking distance to the harbor and street with restaurants. The next morning we enjoyed an excellent breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating."
