"We are a couple from north Somerset wanting a relaxing weekend and thats what we definitely got! From the day we arrived sat 2nd nov the staff we so helpful on reception and very easy to locate our room . The Spa was fantastic! 5* from all the different spa rooms to our facials on the sunday ,this was also very , very relaxing. We booked breakfast also on the sunday very easy and relaxed and loada to choose from the full English was amazing! We will definitely be back next year, big thank...

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Ashton Court. Top marks for cleanliness, friendliness and warm welcome given by the staff, and great breakfasts. The new owners are putting a lot of time and effort into updating/ decorating the hotel, and doing a great job. Superb sea views and just a short walk to the seafront. "I had to ask for coffee capsules, milk, shampoo and bathmat as forgotten to leave any in room. Only one glass given for water in a double room. Furniture quite battered looking and in need of some TLC. Long mirror on wall, but in the darkest corner of the room where there was no light. Coffee machine's water holder had no lid and a broken base and does not work very well so could do with a replacement. Sink fills up with water with no plug in when washing hands. All in all a lovely spacious room...

"Loved the room and the view, staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. One issue was that there was a wine stain on the carpet beside the bed, I reported it to the cleaning staff as I didn’t want them thinking it was our fault. They cleaned the room each day but did nothing about the stain on the carpet. The other issue was the water pressure, there was a lovely big bath but it took an age to fill up"

"Convenient position. Efficient people on reception. Nice cosy room. I didn't like some noisy guests with no consideration for others e.g. late at night loud talking of adults and children and banging doors. May be a notice in all rooms saying please be considerate to others and close doors quietly and not to speak too loudly. A hook needed on back of bathroom door to hang towel."
