"Excellent stay here. Breakfast was in included and really good. There was a restaurant at night and we really enjoyed the food. Rooms were comfortable but on the smaller side. Staff was amazing and very accommodating, beds were hard and they is down thing I think the owners should improve. Very walkable neighborhood. Beaches were 5 minutes away. Parking was easy to find. "Good food Wine not great Beer was ok Cocktails, spirits and ice creams, crisps not included in all inclusive snack bar Kids were happy with food and drink though Apartment clean and had all we need with beautiful views of the sea from balcony which we all loved. It was fair distance 20 mins from Chania and taxis did pick us up and drop us off but wait was half an hour late for drop off and long wait in unorganised queues to get back, but was do able. "We stayed in an ocean view room and the view was beautiful. Nice breeze. Location is high up with steep slopes, not feasible for older and those with bad backs. Property has elevator to avoid the slope but is hard to find. Definitely helpful once it is found. Interior could use some upgrades. But it was clean and comfortable enough. Enjoyed my stay. "

"I had torn my achilles tendon just before my stay here so accessibility was an issue to some degree. No rooms had ramps or had ground floor accessibility. Other than that, the staff were great, breakfast was fantastic. Lunch was meh, dinner was really nice at the stone restaurant. My family had rented a car so we were a short 20 min drive into old town Chania which was gorgeous. "

"Casa Delfino is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the old city. Convent to walking, dining and shopping. We stayed at the hotel in November, during the off season and so it was quieter. Breakfast was spectacular and the staff were fabulous. "

"Property was clean, modern, and safe with nice view of water. Welcome beverage was an unexpected treat. Warm breakfast buffet was good. My only complaint would be the limited parking with no signage. The congested area is very convenient to the waterfront dining. Great hotel despite limited parrking. "

"George the the bellhop was extremely helpful , friendly, and gave us some recommendations on our route to see a few of the closest beaches. The hotels in a great location close to the port with plenty of really good food. Options parking was very convenient and breakfast was really delicious. Would stay again."

"Location of sublime! Tons of restaurants nearby, really good ones too. Lots of shopping as well. Breakfast buffet was very impressive, top quality and exceptional. My only issue was that the room was very small and more suitable for one person, not two. Otherwise, an excellent option. Private parking as well which we appreciated."
