This hotel was top tier. I like the atmosphere but the rooms were really cramped. The ocean view room was great for the view, but the room was really hot, even with the air-conditioning on. We changed rooms for a courtyard view and that room was hotter. Two days with the air-conditioning not working was terrible. They fixed it as fast as they could. Other than the air-conditioning issue, it's clean and no bugs.The Staff was Excellent, the food is good. This is a good hotel for a short stay. I would stay there again!

My fiance has dreamed about staying at this place since she was a little girl in Tanzania. She told me this after I had found another place to book :) I'm glad we switched though! Beautiful property! Not 5 star but for the price it was right on the mark. Attention to detail would move this place up a notch for sure. Overall experience was 5 star! Minor issues were things like rooms that needed minor repairs/ a mini fridge that gave us issues /the first staff member we dealt with checking in was confrontational and made a big deal out of charging extra for my soon to be wife. (most hotels I've had assume double occupancy) not the case in Tanzania - everything an extra in my experience. The pool was nice and the food was good. The staff for breakfast was absolutely amazing!!

Lovely place, shaky service.

The Ramada is overall a very pleasant experience. Although at times it feels like they are more busy than they can handle - weddings, events, walk-ins, etc. can make for shaky service. The staff is lovely, it just feels like they are overwhelmed.

I received a room where it looked like it was cleaned once and never used for months. The bathroom door, under the sink and shower were dusty and dirty. The ironing baord was already open in the corner with the iron full of old water and it was super dusty.

Goede kamer, goed bed, goede douche. Geen last van muggen door hor voor balkondeur en regelmatig (deet?) behandeling in hotel. Uitgebreid ontbijt, restaurant okay met buffet. A la carte diner in bar is goed. Bar is een beetje donker. Eten (a la carte) naast zwembad is ook mogelijk. Enige irrataties tav dames die je gezelschap willen houden. Elke avond weer... Geen tijd gehad voor gebruik van zwembad :-( Mooi gelegen aan het strand.
