"Convenient location for dining and shopping, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I stayed at a Marriott property, and while the room was smaller than expected for the brand, it was generally clean and functional. Unfortunately, the kettle in the room didn’t work, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was an okay stay nothing exceptional, but decent for a short visit."

"Outstanding stay at this beautiful hotel! The hotel is gorgeous and very well located with most tourist attractions within 30 minutes of an easy and inexpensive Didi ride. The room was very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool on the 31st floor was great with great views of the city. Food in the restaurant was tasty. Akira at the front desk was very very helpful. She gave me great ideas of tourist attractions. I forgot my diabetic injection and medication in the room refrigerator. And I messaged Akira from Guangzhou. She arranged for it to be shipped overnight to my hotel in Guangzhou and I received it the very next afternoon when I was scheduled to take my injection. Akira really did an outstanding job for which as a retired 61 year old gentleman I am very grateful for. Nancy at the front desk was also very pleasant and helpful. Thank you all very much for making my 3 night stay in beautiful Chongqing so memorable! I hope to return with my wife and daughter from Las Vegas. "

A special thank you to **Sunny** for her incredible help in coordinating my delivery. Since I didn’t have the Chinese app to arrange it myself, her initiative and constant updates were a lifesaver. I’m so grateful for her kindness and efficiency—Sunny, you’re the best! All the other staff members were also wonderful, making our stay comfortable and memorable. We’ll definitely book this hotel again whenever we’re back in Chongqing!"

"Overall was great, near to iconic places, malls nearby, multiple dining options, would definitely come back. The staff were great, the housekeepers are so nice, the butlers were great. We never told the staff that it was my friend’s bday too, but they probably checked the passports and found out and they provided a gift when we came back, it was so sweet. We only had great experiences"

The restaurant and breakfasts arrangement are generous and provide a great break fast variety. We would stay here again, great facilities and room layout.
