"It is an ‘ok’ hotel, convenient for the train into the city and really close to the Vienna International Centre. Staff didn’t seem particularly well informed regarding things to do in the local area. Unfortunately I had a room that adjoined another room, although the adjoining door was obviously locked, I could still clearly hear the other person, therefore assume they could also hear me. "Central location to shops and restaurants, 6 minutes walk to Innsbruck train station. Nice area. Room fine for one night, timber wardrobe area a bit dated, bathroom good compact size , everything you need. Shower over bath , don’t like . Overall good property "

"Pros: Good location, easy check-in/out, good breakfast, elevator, quiet room, very comfortable bed. Cons: room was smelly when I entered, had to leave windows open for few good minutes until it was too cold Quite disappointing - no water cattle in the room. This is pretty standard in all other hotels I stayed in Salzburg (over 10 I think). Shower is good, but there is no glass door or curtain, so water are all over if you are not careful.
