Beware of accepting room 211 the heater is not working. It actually blows cold air I was freezing the two nights and being a pregnant woman is not good during a snow storm. You can’t call them because they don’t leave you a number to call downstairs and I didn’t want to make a ruckus about it. Down stairs is beautiful but on my floor there is stained carpets. Walls are cracked. House keeping did not come to put in fresh towels and again it’s not okay to have to keep going downstairs just to request things to be done. I wish they were a little more attentive. Also they charged my room for two items when I didn’t request them to I had the card on hand to pay separately. I am grateful for the shuttle ride to the metro north the driver was very polite and professional. I just wished the rest of the staff was a little more attentive to their guests.

Very poor customer service this trip, poor heat in my room complained and no follow up, shower had a bad clog and no one came to fix it and even complained thru Expedia and they never answered the phone for them. Very poor experience, may not return

We had been wanting to try the Ethan Allen as we had previously stayed in the Hilton and Marriot in Danbury previously. The Ethan Allen was very nice and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was and the hotel room itself was clean and modern. We will definitely be staying there again very soon!!
