Villas in Dammam

"The hotel confused my booking and set me up in 2 villas. The villa i received was full of sand, the surfaces were smugged frommprevious use, the furniture was marred with cigareete burns, the tv was not hooked up and had protective film still on it, there was no internet service. I attempted to csncel my secpnd night with a refund and I was denied. I was charged for the four breakfast I didn't attend too. "

The grille in the back area was damaged and couldn’t be used. I would bring my own next time. 2. They informed us that they have towels and some kitchen utensils, but they were very limited and we ended up asking someone to bring for us. But next time we would bring them from home.
