"First time in Saudi and we have been all over the country. I've left 5 star reviews on all hotels and it pains me to say, I can't do that here. First of all, the place is clean and beautiful. The rooms are really clean and well done. The fit essentially ce ter is top notch. We had some frustration that in the kitchenette there wasn't at least silverware or plates. "The room was big but was sparsely furnished. The door conditioner worked well but was a bit noisy. The two main things I did not like was there were no towels, no drinking water, and no kettle to heat water. I'm sure I could have gone down and asked for these things but it was after midnight when I checked in and I had to get up early the next morning. There was no phone in the room."
