"Moussa and his team from Boudl Al Shartea are one of the kindest and greatest people in the world. I guess that is one of the Saudi people’s values too to be generous. The hotel is well located in town close by shopping stores and restaurants. Moussa went above and beyond by helping me to get through the night when all exchange places were closed and I had only canadian dollars, running short of Saudi Riyal. Moussa provided me with his own local visa card and trusted me to use it for taxi and dinner. That was one of the most generous gentleman that I have met so far. Moussa got to be proud to be from Saudi, the land of generosity and the blessed country. I will definitely stay at Boudl Al Shatea hotel when I come back next time to Dammam."

"The room was big but was sparsely furnished. The door conditioner worked well but was a bit noisy. The two main things I did not like was there were no towels, no drinking water, and no kettle to heat water. I'm sure I could have gone down and asked for these things but it was after midnight when I checked in and I had to get up early the next morning. There was no phone in the room."
