"Great service, live upto JW Marriott standards. Convenient location for shopping, but ground traffic is horrendous, so to KL city area. "

"I enjoyed staying in the resort. It’s near to many shopping areas with a short ride on grab or taxi. Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. I didn’t have a lot of time to explore cos was on business trip . the concierge reception staff were all very helpful and nice. "
