Staff are friendly and it is a very convenient location, less than 10 minutes walk from the nearest BART station. Area is safe. WiFi works well. Constant coffee in reception saves me a lot of money and there are also free cookies and a microwave. Rooms have a small fridge. "

"Good location just a block away from Pier 39. Trader Joe's and Walgreens nearby. The F Trolley which takes you to BART is within a block. Easy for public transportation and activities. They give a small bottle of water to each person at check in; a bottle per person per day would be an even nicer gesture. We left our bags with Bell Service after checkout until late evening pickup for flight. Enjoyed our stay. "
