Customer service was great. They were generous enough to give us an extra hour to check out. The only negative was that there was NO cart available for us to use when we arrived so we had to make 3 trips up & down from the 3rd floor with an infant in tow to get everything in. NOT pleasant. Overall great stay but if management reads this PLEASE provide more carts.

The hotel is near a lot of different shopping store, grocery store and restaurant. There's an arcade near by. The breakfast didn't have a lot of choices but it was pretty good. Room is clean.

The staff was amazing. Super friendly and very welcoming. Someone was always available and willing to help in any way. The blackout shades on the room windows were a welcomed surprise and allowed for some great sleep on the very comfortable beds. The breakfast was literally the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. The food was hot and fresh, no powdered eggs and pre-cooked bacon. The swimming pool was very clean and the water was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
