The property was quiet; set right next to Six Flags park. Though the park was closed; it was nice to see the majestic roller coasters. The coffee was good; I appreciated that they made the coffee earlier than 6 am because I had to be at my event at 6 am.

The lobby smelled strongly like urine. I was told upon checking in that they “don’t clean, only dust.” Went to the room and didn’t want to touch the furniture. We left.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Luckily I had a blanket in my suitcase. It was late when we checked in, but when I walked in there was a smell, which I dismissed at the time. I was tired and just wanted to rest. Anyway, there was hair in the shower, sink was cracked, the chair in the room looked like it came from Goodwill. I turned down the bed. There was a stain on the sheet and a used bandaid on the floor. By this time, it was after 11 pm. I layed on top of the bed and covered up with my blanket. I checked out the next morning and moved to another hotel. I need a FULL refund for all 3 nights. Please respond within 24 hours so I know what other action I need to take if this is not resolved.

The room smelled bad. Luckily the weather was nice and I booked a room with a balcony. Leaving the balcony door open and an entire can of frebeze (one entire can for a 4 day stay), got us through the stay. Unfortunately hotels were pretty booked around this area during our stay and we had no choice than to just stick it out. I understand you get what you pay for. But ive never stayed in a hotel that smelled so bad even the sheets had absorbed the room stink. I would compare it to BO.

Let me start by saying, my credit card was "almost" in jeopardy but luckily I was smart enough to lock it before anything could come out. Before I left to go to this hotel, I got a text that was an early check in, pay before you get there, kind of thing. Of course, I was excited and like, sure, I'll check in early, why not?! I do all things, pay for my 2 nights which was a fixed rate of $179, right? Me and my kid, 2 nights, 2 beds, Thurs and Fri. No smoking, No big deal. Awesome. No problem. Until I had a change of thought, and said, ya know what, I'll pay at the counter instead once I get there. I'm an old fashioned kind of gal, and like doing things face to face. Cool. So I lock my card just in case so the funds aren't taken out, and go to bed. Next thing I know, I have a notification telling me my transaction of $284 has been declined. And then another one of $292 and yet another of $265! Thank God I listening to my gut feeling because that would've been bad. Alright, moving forward. We get to the hotel - about a 3.5 hour drive, check in is at 3pm, we're tired and ready. Get to the counter and the lady there was super friendly, but had very choppy English. It was hard to understand what she was saying, but whatever, moving on. I check in, only to be told my charge would be $232.99!! What happened to my $179 fixed rate total?! Come to find out they charge an additional $50 non smoking fee regardless if you have already gotten a non-smoking room!!
