An average Hilton property well maintained and upgraded. However some areas that could use more attention are the business center, which should be an enclosed space or atleast with proper work desks and a working printer. Since the rooms did not have desks.

Our biggest complaint was noise issues and the fact that the staff did nothing to alleviate the problem! Our room was on the first floor and our bedroom window was literally 15ft from the outdoor basketball court! We had 4-5 young teen boys playing basketball and shouting and laughing at 11:30pm. Called two times to complain and the response was “there really isn’t anything we can do about it”. So basically our money and our time there meant nothing! We were suppose to just accept the noise as if it was us being unreasonable! The kids became louder before they eventually stopped around midnight! However the partying at the pool and loud laughing/talking by possibly their parents continued until well after 1am! We had to be up by 3:30am to catch a flight! VERY maddening! Miserable stay! Would not recommend! The cleanliness was average and we had to kill 2 roaches during our stay! Noise control past 10pm is not a concern for staff!

A/c did not work it was 94 degrees a smoking fee was attempted before an investigation (they did drop the charge) had to buy a fan so my kids could stay cool. Front desk staff working overnight was very helpful. The lady running the breakfast was very polite and helpful. Need more options for breakfast we ate the same thing everyday we were there. The pool area is nice and the convince of using the grill was awesome. Not a bad hire but I will not stay there again. Housekeeping is rude and most of them speaks no English

The first room i checked was nice,but no pots ,trash cans/trash bags. Talked to woman at desk and asked for trash can and pots. She said they dont have trash cans to put in rooms but she brought me a pot and 2 trash bags. Said she would have one of the ladies to bring me more towels(2 for 4 nights was not enough) NO TRASH CANS !

We are an older couple and our room was on the 2nd floor, which was fine except the room above us was so loud and noisy. We had to go to the front desk twice during our stay to report it, we are talking about midnight. Each time our report was taken care of in a timely manner. Also we were a little disappointed in the breakfast. Compared to other places we have stayed at, there just wasn’t a big selection of items. The bagels were very hard and the muffins were not fresh. This will not keep us from staying there again

Genuinely the single best budget-friendly experience we’ve had since Covid. Saw some reviews put down the smell, comfort, and location. Some of that I can see somewhat but this truly was the first time in years that what our budget could afford was a place that went the extra mile in making you feel luxurious in small and effective ways. Breakfast, rooms, amenities, and the staff BIG time all made for one of my family’s favorite stay. We will be back.

So when i was reading reviews i was a little hesitant, but there were more good reviews then bad so i figured for the price it would be fine. Check in was fine, walked in the room and it was okay... till i looked at the matresses. There were a couple black spots and all i could think bed bugs. But looked all over and didnt see anything else so i figured we were okay. Went to the bathroom and seen all kinds of dust and nastiness on the door. Okay i can live with that for one night. Went to take a shower had to rinse it out. The worst part though... we got back to the hotel about 1240ish, tried to go in the front the 2nd doors wouldnt open, we had someone trying to let us in but the door would not open. There is a sign that says use room key or intercom. But there is no place to use card and no intercom. There was a phone so we picked it up to see what they say, all while our friend was argueing with the lady to let us in. She says they have to go around. If thats the case they need to mention that at check in. Had i been alone or just me and my daughter, i would have flipped. But also how much of a fire hazard is that? Overall for the price and one night it was okay. But pretty sure we wont be back. For them being a hilton pretty disappointing.

I loved everything but the staff never had clean towels. We stayed a weekend an each time I walked past the desk another guest was complaining about it. It was hot, an a lot of folks was swimming so I understand I will stay there again and highly recommend

When we arrived the woman at the front desk did not greet us and was not friendly at all. We asked for towels on the second day and waited hours for clean towels. When the towels were finally provided they only gave 2 and we were a party of 4. Our kitchen had tiny bugs and we thought maybe it was due to being in Texas. But it was really roaches. The roaches were in the cabinets and in the dish washer. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
