I’m incredibly disappointed with the whole experience. We moved rooms 3 different times. Each room reeked of cigarettes and mold. At 11:30pm, we gave up and settled on a room. Again, when the AC was turned on it reeked of mold, giving us headaches and making it impossible around to sleep. This resulted in coughing and sneezing long after leaving the property. It was a terrible night. After multiple calls IHG, Expedia, and the front desk, the hotel initially offered “$10 plus tax” as a discount. Eventually IHG corrected the situation and took care of the whole room. The front desk manager was very nice and seemed to truly be doing everything he could to help the situation, but there was a lot more wrong with the property than he could fix. I’m shocked this property is affiliated with IHG. I’ve never had an issue with a property owned by them before. I travel a lot for work and always try to stay with them because it’s been a consistently good experience every time. Do not stay here. Do not go near this place if you have any sort of breathing issues/asthma/allergies as it could result in very serious health concerns. This is honestly a case for the Better Business Bureau and the health department.

Such a wonderful friendly hotel to stay at. Front desk were all amazing and helpful, drivers of the hotel shuttle were always happy to help and cleaning room staff did a great job. I would recommend!

Such great and helpful staff! Cassandra Randy and Jose took care of our every need and we truly enjoyed Lloyd driving us to and from my doctors appointment and taking us on a great downtown tour. Stayed here for 2 nights, we had to change rooms because it felt so Humid in the first room. Staff had no problem with switching rooms. The hood vent in the restroom did not work. Other than that, it was OK. The breakfast was good, warm and good variety. Staff were friendly at check in and out.
