A very short walk to the train station. there are many restaurants and stores nearby. Nice lobby and friendly staff.

相変わらず、従業員の接客態度がよくない。運わるく泊まったフロアの改修中で日中は騒音で悩まさた。洗面所が汚い。

ジムが使い放題でよかった。
ジムがすごい綺麗です。 運動が好きな人にはオススメです。 ただ、従業員の方がほとんど英語、日本語通じないのがちょっといただけないです。あと、屋上にあるブュッフェは正直美味しくないです。 あと、両替はホテルでは基本的にやってくれないので、事前に空港で両替をしてくることを推奨します。

大連駅、地下鉄の駅に近いので出かけるのに便利　
従業員の接客態度が前と比べてよくない。ぶすっとしていて笑顔がない。日本語のできる従業員がいない。部屋の掃除を午前中にして欲しい。

日本語は通じません。
日本語が全く通じません。 フロントは、改装されて綺麗になっていました。 客室は古いですが開放的に広く清潔なタオル類が準備され、無料の茶パックや無料のミネラルウォーターを毎日提供してくれます。湯沸かしポットが設置したあります。 シャワー室の水はけが悪いですが、水量は良好です。 トイレットペーパーの予備が置いてないので、少量ずつ使用しました。 TVはNHKが映ると案内がありますが、映りません。

就在火車站旁，交通四通八達、飲食種類多元且多，非常方便.
雖是四星級飯店，但整體感略遜一籌。地毯老舊、污漬未有效更換、清潔，床墊污漬與破損未更換。30F頂樓旋轉餐廳，食材不夠新鮮，菜色平平，廚師手藝差有進步空間，其他部分倒是還可以。

観光についての案内が全くできない、観光地えの行き先、いく手順方法をきいても分からない 夕食でのおすすめレストランらをきいても分からない 出入口のガードマンの対応が悪い

空港から新しく出来た地下鉄で友好広場から歩いて１０分程度。駅前で立地が良く価格は安いと思います。老朽化やスタッフの対応は四つ星とは思えませんが価格相応で寝るだけなら問題ありません。浴槽の排水が悪くなかなか流れませんでした。金庫も有るが使えない状態。１９階でしたが窓からの大連駅前の景色は良かったです。

ロケーションは大連駅の横なので何かと便利。大連空港からタクシーで３０ＲＭＢぐらいで来れる。 受付には日本語を少ししゃべれる人がいる。両替は比較的良心的なレート。 受付の左となりで両替ができる。携帯の充電はビジネスセンターでできるがあいている時間が 朝八時から夕方５時ぐらいまで。それ以降で充電したい場合は受け付けのお姉さんに ＵＳＢコードを渡すとパソコンにつないで充電しておいてくれる。部屋番を聞かれるので、 教えておくと、部屋に届けておいてくれる。

地點好但稍為老舊
酒店就位於大連火車站旁，輕軌與電車站都在附近。前有勝利廣場，後有凱旋廣場，附近不遠處(步行3-10分鐘內)還有青泥洼商圈、友好廣場與中山廣場，如要到俄羅斯風情街步行約15-20分鐘。據當地人表示，渤海明珠酒店落成時，曾是大連市最高級的酒店，不過時至今日，整體設備稍嫌老舊，但仍有中上水準。考慮價格因素，這間酒店是入住大連的好選擇。
