"After spending two with auto driver I could not find this hotel as per address provided in your email. After calling numerous times at hotel telephone no no one picked up the phone . Ultimately I paid for another hotel for the stay. Very disappointed overall experience."

"First i was denied entry then after about an hour of argument i was giving a room at about 10pm! The rooms are same as sleeping on the road, bathroom was as good as a public toilet, AC was as good as sleeping on the railway track! AVOID IT! it may seem cheap to book but he will demand 3x when you reach the hotel!"

"Location is alright , rooms are untidy, the reception was dirty, lift condition is horrible , staff was nice and cooperative.. the bathroom and fridge had mold present.. no coffee/tea sashes or sugar packets present. Would not recommend.. really bad experience "

"Overall it was a nice stay, the hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Would recommend to hotel to improve the food quality and more breakfast options in their restaurant. Location is good, it is adjacent to Mansa Devi Ropeway and near to Ganga ghat."

"The best part about the property was staff and the food at the on site restaurant. The staff was always ready to help with a smile on their face and greeted everyone with respect. Food was excellent. However, the room I stayed in was terrible. The room was below average. Bedsheets had stains on it which is a big no no in hospitality business. There was no heat in the room. I did try calling the front desk but didn’t get through them. Bathroom was in terrible condition. Shower door was not functioning properly. There was no hot water at all considering winter time. Overall, not happy with the rooms as I had two separate bookings. "
