Very nice hotel with a beautiful beach. Prices of restaurant drinks & food are pretty high on European levels. But very nice rooms and friendly staff. It’s a shame that some guests treat the areas badly, such as clogging toilets in the pool area or not showering before swimming in the pool so that sun cream leaves a film in the pool.

Nice and clean property and friendly staff. I would give the resort 5 stars if the stairwell was enclosed and secures. It will be easy to do security checks on the kids who were staying at the separated rooms.

The property is beautiful. We stayed in the new wing which is basic but clean. The staff are courteous and Alik and Vang were very helpful. I would recommend the coffee making class and the spa treatments. The beach is amazing. The thing to improve would be cleanliness in the restaurants.

Our experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The staff at the reception were not helpful at all. They didn’t understand English, which we completely understand, but they also showed no willingness to assist us even with tools like Google Translate. When we asked for directions to a nearby location, they gave us incorrect information and didn’t make any effort to clarify or help further. Unfortunately, their attitude came across as quite rude and indifferent. The food was average at best, with very limited options for vegetarians. Overall, the service and hospitality did not meet our expectations.

Nice rooms and a reasonable standard service for the price, however, in the hotel towers, the noise from the street was a problem, in addition to the unnecessary piano music playing in the hotel hallways, which could be clearly heard in my room from 7am until 10:30pm. The villas are very nice, however. In the busy pool areas, there were not enough sunbeds for all the guests, since some people would reserve a sun lounger with a towel and then disappear for hours. A better system should be implemented.

This property is geared towards small children. It’s like a Disney property. I was disappointed in the villa. All the bedrooms were separate rooms with outdoor entrances separate from the living room. It was just a weird set up. The spa was a huge disappointment. It was next to the kids pool and loud…. Not relaxing at all. The beach is the best thing about the resort.

We stayed for two nights and it was amazing. Service, staff, pool, room, cleanliness- everything was amazing. The massage is pricier but it was worth it! Def staying there again!

Great service

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a Villa with a private pool which looked amazing (Vietnamese standard) but we asked to be moved to our originally booked suite due to a strong smell (musky smell in hotel rooms is common in Vietnam). The suite smelled much fresher. Breakfast was great. But skip the beach restaurant, it wasn't great. Service was definitely 5*. Shuttle to Hoi An is very practical.Tom was great and helped us with everything.

Very good and comfortable

The hotel staff is very kind, the room is very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is really amazing for western and eastern people. The location is very convenient because despite not being at Ha Noi downtown, you have the beach in front of the hotel and it is offered a car to take you to downtown.

Omg this place is 10/10!!!! My only complaint was they had all these amazing activities but no one coordinating. Buffet breakfast 10/10, pools 10/10, cleanliness 10/10! Get a villa, ours was stunning.
