This was one of the best stays I have ever had. Tracy took care of anything we needed from the time we landed to the time we departed. She coordinated any trip that we wanted to take. The property was surprisingly better than I expected. It was very well maintained, clean, and quiet. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Chef arrived every morning and cooked an amazing breakfast of our choice. We will be back to enjoy it again.

it is really nice villas

We stayed there with family, I must say this place is one of the best place to having a good time with ur family. Kids had garden and playing area,rooms are spacious and clean, only take 2 minutes to walk to trhe beach,good room service and last but not least is their staff is so humble and cooperative. I'll recommend to stay there for having good and relaxing time.

수영장도크고 방도 넓고 좋았어요 가족여행하기엔좋았어요 단점은 단체여행하기엔 냉장고가 작고 시원하지않았구요.냉동실이따로없었어요 또한가지 세탁시설이없어서 장기투숙할땐 불편했어요.그외엔 한시장도가깝고 근처 맛사지샵도많고 배달도잘되서 좋았어요.푸라마리조트시설을 이용하려면별도비용을 내야하는 단점도 있었구요 그래도 나름빌라내에 수영장이크기때문에 저희끼리놀기에는 좋았어요

我將帶著愉快的回憶離開。 地點：我相信這是峴港最好的度假勝地，距離市中心約10分鐘車程。 住宿：這個別墅已經建造很久了，但我覺得它仍然很新，可能是因為主要是用木材建造的，所以感覺不舊，非常乾淨，游泳池也很乾淨，水深適中，非常適合我們一家人玩耍，孩子們非常喜歡，在那裡玩耍整天。 工作人員：特別感謝Tracy通過Whatsapp與我不斷保持聯繫，並為我們解答所有問題，無論是關於交通、旅行小費還是貨幣兌換，她總是給我最真誠的建議，讓我感到非常放心，因為這是我第一次在峴港旅行。 早餐：我們的房間包括別墅早餐，我們試了兩個早餐，選擇了兩個不同的菜單：越南式和歐式，它們都很棒，我對別墅的早餐感到非常驚訝，工作人員非常熱情、細心地準備了早餐，按照我們家庭想要的時間準備早餐，甚至在餐後洗碗。我認為你應該試試它，因為它似乎比昂貴的餐廳早餐更好。 唯一的缺點是這似乎是一個位於富蘭玛别墅度假村內的私人別墅，但沒關係，可能還有更好的住宿，但考慮到價格，可以說這是最好的住宿。

저와 제 아내 그리고 두 아이들과 함께 이 빌라에 머물렀습니다. 이 빌라는 잘 관리되어 깨끗하며 환한 분위기입니다. 그 주로 목재 디자인이 매우 우아하고 새것 같아 매우 마음에 듭니다. 필요한 모든 편의 시설이 갖추어져 있고 넓고 아름다운 수영장과 아름다운 해변, 특히 직원들은 매우 도움이 됩니다. 그 중에서도 트레이시는 카카오톡을 통해 모든 질문과 요청에 지원을 하였는데, 이는 매우 편리했습니다. 내가 예약한 패키지에는 빌라에서의 아침 식사가 포함되어 있었고, 요리사가 우리를 위해 요리를 해 주었습니다. 요리사는 매우 열정적이고, 내 아이들은 그를 정말 좋아합니다. 음식 양도 풍성하고 메뉴도 다양하며 음식은 매우 맛있습니다. 이 빌라를 모두에게 강력히 추천합니다

設備が少し古い部分がありますが、ほぼ問題なくつかえます。（3階は洗濯機の水とシャワーの水でビシャビシャになってしまうのと、2階には浴槽がありますが、お湯がたまる前に水になってしまいます…） 9人で使用しましたが、広さは充分あり快適です。 移動のためのカートを呼ぶといつでも迎えに来てくれるので、とても便利ですが、来てくれる時間に差があります。 コミュニケーションとして、担当のトレーシーさん（マネージャーさん）とLINEを交換してやりとりをしてもらえるので、いつでもなんでも質問ができて、とてもありがたかったです。また、とてもフレンドリーでした。 お掃除に来てくださる方（バトラーさん）は、英語は通じませんが、トレーシーさんに伝えると、すぐに解決してくれました。 総合的にオススメできる宿泊施設だと思います。

If I visit to Vietnam again, I will stay here.

Would strongly recommend if you travel with your family. Love the private pool and fully loaded kitchen. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. I am the clean and neat person and this place passed my expectations. Every staff is kind. The butler cared about us well whenever we need anything. Its private beach is also beautiful and we even walk to there.

직원이 도움이됩니다. 버기는 통화 후 빨리 온다. 침대는 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 아침 식사는 다양한 종류와 요리로 다양합니다. 빌라의 로비는 작고 리조트 하나만큼 좋지는 않지만 빌라의 전반적인 환경은 편안하고 아름답습니다. 우리는 하루 종일 개인 수영장에 머무는 것을 즐깁니다. 해변은 많은 사람들이 아닌 부드러운 모래로 깨끗했습니다. 휴식을 취하십시오.

Good staying & could be better in service

The rooms are quite big and comfortable; each room with a balcony. The garret might be a bit low in ceiling height. The wooden floor are nice but would make some noise especially in a quiet night. The services are generally good. Polite and good in English. They even send me an whatsapp before checking in. However as it is a "private owned" villa, there are no keeping luggage service before or after check-in; glad that we eventually pay for US$10 to get this service. One day the cleaning came in late, so I didn't got the bottled water refilled, I asked for 1 at the Reception, and got refused; pretty pissed off by this.

It was clean and great condition in each rooms. Only two minutes to walk to the beautiful beach. There were a few pools but our family usually swam in the private pool. Really kind stuff had us be an enjoyable holiday. Thank you so much. We appreciated your free shuttle bus.

추천하고 싶지 않아요

3박 4일 8인 가족 여행이라 풀 빌라로 예약 했는데 시크릿가든 풀 빌라는 오너 빌라인거 같아요 절대 추천하고 싶지 않아요 체크인을 리셉션에서 받지 않고 여행 가기전 연락 온 카톡으로 체크인 안내 받아야 해요 리셉션이 너무 작아서인지 짐 보관을 안해줘요 11시 30분 도착해서 12시에 버기카 기사에게 짐만 보내라고 해서 그렇게 했는데 불안하더라구요 아침을 별로 않먹지만 어머니 모시고 가는거라 1인 이만오천원에 예약을 했는데 너무 형편 없었어요 만원이라면 관광지라 그러겠지 하겠는데 이만 오천원에 그렇게 나오니 바가지 쓴 기분이었어요 한끼 먹고 환불을 원하니 안된다고 하고... 그럼 리조트 쪽으로 해달라고 하니 것두 안된다고 하더구요 푸라마리조트 메인풀과 전용해변은 이곳은 오너빌라라서 별도로 돈을 더 내야 되고요(푸라마 빌라스 메인풀은 사용할 수 있어요) 빌라 개인풀은 하얀부유물과 각종 지져분하게 있었는데 아이들이 피부가 너무 간지럽다고 해서 빌라메인풀에서만 놀게 했어요 암막커튼이 없어서 불편했고, 후라이펜 코팅이 다 벋겨져 있고 커피포트는 너무 낡아 꺼림직 해서 냄비를 사용해서 물을 끓였어요

노인동반은 비추 친구끼리가 나음

어머니 환갑 여행으로 갔는데 도착하자마자 하우스키퍼가 전달시항을 알려주고 디포짓 백불을 받아갔어요. 그런데 룸에 있는 인터폰이 고장이라 버기를 부를수 없어서 직접 로비로 찾아가서 하우스키퍼에게 문자로 연락했지만 우리가 번호를 잘못누른것처럼 설명하더니 24시간 후에 고쳐줘서 첫날에 버기 부르는게 너무 힘들었어요. 퇴실할때 로비로 가서 ㅍ디포짓 환불을 요구했더니 여기서는 받을 수 없고 하우스키퍼에게 직접 받으라고 했는데 비행기 시간을 놓칠까봐 로비에서 하우스키퍼을 기다리는동안 스트레스 받았어요. 미리 설명해주지 않았기에 당연히 로비에서 받는줄 알았어요. 빌라 로비는 사실상 하는 일이 없고 에어비얌비처럼 개인이 운영하는 느낌이어서 노인동반은 비추임 맞은편 빌라에 대가족 20명이 너무 떠들어서 엄마가 잠을 못잤어요 시설은 가격대비 좋음

Cleanliness - the villa is clean, well-maintained and cleaned daily. Spacious - The rooms and common areas were spacious, airy and bright. Lets you feel relaxed and comfortable. Location - If you don't mind walking, you could actually walk over to the private beach and enjoy the beautiful beach that has no crowd, clean and is a sight to remember. Alternatively, you could just ask Thao to arrange for taxi for you and it would be promptly done! Pool - All day, everyday! We loved using the pool. The water temperature was just perfect for the hot weather in Da Nang. Kitchen - The kitchen is fully-equipped, clean and allowed us to prepare our meals daily in the villa. Rooms - The rooms are spacious, comfortable and 2 of them have a balcony for you to sun/ dry your things. If I had to find 1 fault in the villa, it would be that it didn't have blackout curtains in the rooms. Hence, by 7am, there would be light streaming into the rooms as the curtains were not blackout curtains but they were good enough to let us sleep in still. Playground -There is a playground near the security post. this villa is close to perfect! From the people managing and servicing it to the physical structure of the villa. Can't thank Thao and her team enough for the great work they are doing! From the time we reserved the villa, to check-in and check-out, everything was seamless and fuss-free.

대가족 여행에 최고

오너스 빌라 p27에 3박했는데 가족들 모두 엄청 만족했어요. 일단 침실 4개에 욕실 4개라서 너무 편하고, 에어컨 빵빵하고, 풀빌라 크고, 미케비치 걸어서 2분, 메인풀 걸어서 3분이라서 흠잡을게 없어요 풀빌라에 어린이 구명조끼 구비되어있고, 침실한개의 바닥에 아기있는집 재울수 있게 매트 있고, 3층 욕실에 세탁기도 있어요 다낭롯데마트배달, 한식당 배달 모두 로비에서 받을 수 있어요. 로비환전도 가능해요 단 식기류 설거지랑 관리는 투숙객들이 해야만 해서.. 주방위생이 좀 불만족스러워요 한국펜션수준이라고 보시면 되어요, 수세미, 필름도마, 고무장갑, 빨아쓰는 키친타월 가져오시면 유용하실거에요 ^^ 공항 픽업서비스도 받고 웰컴 수박도 받고 저렴한 가격으로 넓은 빌라 써서 완전 만족해요

침구상태는 좋았으나 욕실이 좀 더러웠어요... 그리고 아이 이불을 따로 챙겨갔는데... 없어졌다는.... ㅠㅠ 청소하는분이 가지고 가신듯 해요... 캐릭터 이불이라서 아셨을텐데 ... 왜 갖고 갔는지... 그런거 빼고는 전반적으로 괜찮았어요... 버기카도 전화하면 바로바로 오고.. 로비에 계신 분들 다 친절 했어요... 방에 벌레나 이런건 없었어요..
