The housekeeping were very accommodating and the manager solved any problems I had. I would highly recommend
The hotel is right in the city center, convenient for travel, only 5 minutes to Dragon Bridge. There are many local shops and eateries nearby. You can rent a motorbike and buy tour tickets at the reception desk, they give very enthusiastic advice.
The street is currently being redone so it's inconvenient but if it weren't being redone it's centrally located to the dragon bridge and the Han market and everything on the more Vietnamese side of Danang. The staff was nice and they cleaned everyday. The view is amazing from my room and there's a pool on the 9th floor that is great on hot sticky days. I like that they had tables and chairs almost everywhere, near the elevators and in the lobby and in my room. Having one elevator for 10 floors that's a bit inconvenient but in terms of bang for your buck this is about the best deal I've got in a while. I extended my stay twice.
A big hotel located in the heart of the city. It’s very convenient ‘cause there is a lot of local food around the hotel. I love the swimming pool on the rooftop which has a panoramic city view. The room is clean and spacious. The staff are all helpful and friendly, helping me arrange tours to Ba Na Hills. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice pool, great view, poor location.
On a busy road with a new supermarket opening across the road. Great rooftop pool with a good view over Da Nang.
Noisy room, due to poorly fitted door.

Value central hotel
A good find! We wanted a couple of nights in the city to get our bearings & walked to Quoc Cuong Center from the airport (about 30mins & we’re 75). It’s down an animated side street, just off a major road with lots of restaurants and coffee shops, but the room itself was incredibly quiet and very spacious. Ticked all the boxes with a comfortable bed, refurbished bathroom (half bathtub with overhead shower), a nice little dipping pool with seating and very pleasant staff. Within easy walking of the historic centre and the Han Market (on the riverside) and 30 mins on foot to the gorgeous beach. Excellent value & happy to recommend!

Not comfortable, had issues
Our Deluxe Double was spacious and the staff very friendly and helpful, including renting us a motorcycle. However our room was not one of those pictured..
The bed was very hard with a bottom sheet that was too small to tuck under and moved all the time. The black out curtains didn't quite cover the side window into the stairwell allowing light through and there was a loud intermittent dripping sound we couldnt locate that disturbed our sleep.
The aircon unit smelt fusty/mouldy when used so may have been sending spores into the air. The bathroom had a large slippery, squeaky tub with rainfall shower over that was too short even for me at 5 ft 3. The hairdryer had 2 inches of exposed wire showing. A cheap well located hotel, but we wouldnt return again.
Good value for money but away from tourist areas and bars so taxi's needed. Hotel feels a bit dated. When I was there the road and 'path' outside was undergoing construction work which made access even more risky than usual.
