The hotel was inoperational. Closed for renovations. However the management have organised another hotel for us it was very rewarding but a bit far from where we want to stay. Overall it’s was an experience for us. The other hotel was nice and clean. the staffs was very friendly. The breakfast was average. Overall great.

When i arrived the lobby's lights and aircond was off and staff looks sleepy. The first impression is quite bad and hotel is kind of old. Hotel rooms are clean and they gave me a good view.

Would stay here again
No issue during my stay. Room is cleaned and everything worked as intended. Customer service is knowledgeable. My room had a nice view of the city and dragon bridge. Price per night is very reasonable during my stay and worth it. I would stay here again if I was to visit DaNang again.

Disappointing choice- better options available
Deliberated a long time over where to stay in Danang after nearly a month in Vietnam and always happy with hotel choices. Danang hotels seemed to have less positive reviews than other places and this seemed a decent option for price. However the hotel was quite run down and very ordinary to say the least. Safe awkward to use, door of cupboard had to be fixed when we got there but repeatedly fell off tracks. Everything was very worn. Great view from roof but rooftop not finished to a standard you'd want to walk the last couple of floors up to it. No one staffs the pool bar and the pool was not well maintained. Lots of floated and felt slimy. Breakfast was buffet and very ordinary. Location was a five/ ten minute walk to river. We changed plans and needed to stay one extra night and rather than pack and move we requested another night. Receptionist gave us a price but supervisor spoke to her and she apologised and said no room her mistake. Yet websites all showed rooms? We moved to a little place next door. Sadly our most disappointing choice in our otherwise great trip.

Most unforgettable is the fabulous view of the Dragon Bridge from our hotel window. The reception staff could all speak english and were so friendly and helpful.

Luxurious treatment in the busy heart of da nang
The staff are so helpful ! English was good and service was there too. Wary check in was organised the Royal rooms are spacious and well equipped with a big screen tv and a huge bath . The massage was amazing and only seven dollars too with helpful service their too my wife and I had a wonderful spa treatment

The worst hotel
The ants came out of bed. Breakfast was a mess because there was no food. Only boiled eggs and shrimp chips remained. The noise in the next room and smoke in the cigarette was the worst.

Old tired hotel..
On our first night the bar was closed on the 18th Floor and at 7.35 we were the only couple in the restaurant on the second floor. Hotel maintenance of the interior was poor, marks and gauges in some walls. In our bathroom the plug in the hand basin would not seal so we had to prop the lever on the stem up with a hotel comb pocket. Breakfast was 85% Asian fare, Certainly not the value for money and would not entertain staying at this hotel again. However staff were good and pleasant

Older hotel, but great staff.
It's an older looking hotel, but the front desk staff were very friendly, courteous and professional. The b'fast buffet seemed pretty adequate, except when we got there, an entire group of what appeared to be mainland Chinese people had pretty much devoured most of the food on the buffet. The location of the hotel is in a pretty decent area, but after 10pm, the neighbourhood around the hotel is pretty quiet.

We enjoyed da nang for the mix of food places to eat, the beach and the variety of local food available plus a couple of really nice places to get ice cream, cake and chocolate. We were on the 6th floor and had a view of dragon bridge from our room. Was an easy 10 minute walk to Bach dang street for bars and promenade. Breakfast was good and staff made the effort to ask what your plans were and to make suggestions, they clearly just wanted to make sure you had a good time In their city. There is no doubt that the decor of this hotel leaves a bit to be desired but you have to look past that to see the value of the room that you get for the money, we had a suite with separate sitting area, free massages and a huge bath and shower and breakfast for just under £30 a night which we felt was a bargain. For anyone wanting to try the local food we can recommend the mi quang noodles at the place right next to the hotel, walk out the hotel and turn right, it's on the corner, only opens at night.
