We decided to book the room to avoid the storm for the night. The side door by the elevator was not pushed in to lock properly. The room was masked with perfume to overpower the smell of smoke. The room was dirty, bed had stains on it, and bathroom smell like urine. If we had the option of leaving and booking elsewhere, we would! We fell asleep from exhaustion to be awaken by the guests next door having intercourse. My young children had to listen to their loud music and screams for hours. Management did not step in.
