"It's a great apartment. However it listed laundry and dryer in the facilities. It only has a washing machine and a rack. We managed but couldn't do our laundry, which was why we booked that apartment. Also, although our host explained how to go between the parking and the lift, we found it very confusing. A written explanation or a map would be useful. "

"Very nice apartment. Very clean. Extremely confusing instructions to get to the apartment. Two addresses are shown in the communications so you can easily go to the wrong location with the exact same apartment numbers. Once you get to the proper address it is very difficult to find the apartment by following the instructions. Even people living at the address had a difficult time understanding where it was by reading the instructions. Owner responded to some of my messages on Expedia but...

"Everything you needed inside of the unit (nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, washer and drying rack, iron and ironing board, furnished balcony, TV), inside of the apartment tower (clean hallways, quiet elevator) to the outside of the gated complex (24 hour security on site, huge shopping center within 5 min walking). We felt safe and very comfortable all the time."

Es ist sehr kompliziert in dem Bett zu schlafen wir haben Decken genommen um die Löcher zu Stopfen damit die Kopfkissen nich auf dem Boden landen. 2. "This was our 5th or 6th visit. The hotel is perfectly located, clean, modern and comfortable. The staff is generally very helpful and attentive, except for the bar staff. Empty glassware was often left uncollected for long periods while the staff busy chatting among themselves. Unfortunately, this happened every evening of our stay. Additionally, the bar is not well-stocked; they ran out of certain wines and it was self-service."
