"We started badly, as the day we arrived there was really loud music from a bar next door until 3am. However, we were then changed to another flat where the noise was much less. We also had a few issues with appliances not working, but the property tried to fix them and if they couldn’t they let us use the appliances in another flat that was empty. The manager and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"The staff here are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Many lovey touches. The suites are in a separate building but only a couple of mins walk and the staff will transfer all your luggage if you require. The suites are very spacious and everything you could require has been though of. A big thank you for the suprise birthday cake!"

"The location was just what I wanted - all the places in Nicosia I wanted to visit were within a reasonable walk - the art gallery and museum were 20 minutes walk, the Old Town about 30, the crossing to North Nicosia about 40, and best of all the municipal park with peacocks, and river walk were only 10 minutes away. There were also nice restaurants and bars just accross the road. The main bus station for the airport was about 3 miles away so it needed another bus or taxi to get there and once...

Great location but useless management

"Great location easy walking to old city. The room has great potential however the TV was missing (just an empty wall bracket) and the garage remote was unavailable. This was not communicated ahead of time and Management seemed to be unaware until we contacted them. Management was very quick to respond but was unable or unwilling to find a solution. Promises to investigate came to nothing. At the end when neither issue was solved during a 4 night stay they were unwilling to provide any compensation. I was very hopeful considering quick response times that I would be able to rate this location highly. You may have better luck but if something does go wrong don't expect a satisfactory resolution."
