We had an excellent stay! Everyone at the front desk was outstanding-kind, helpful, and friendly! The breakfast was great every time! Loved the pool and hot tub, too! 15 minute Uber to DisneyLand. Would totally recommend Hyatt House Cypress/Anaheim and thanks to the awesome staff for the extra sense of hospitality!

Room was clean but strong mildew smell. We were told this hotel begins renovation next month. I personally love this hotel. The rooms are large, the breakfasts are great and i love the hot tub! We plan to stay here again after the renovations are complete.

Overall it was mediocre. Out shower was really gross and the HVAC system in the room was really loud. The staff was really nice though and provided excellent service at the front desk. We stayed at another hotel around the area that was much nicer albeit it cost a little bit more.

How wonderful everybody was truly super wonderful. The staff was amazing. The only thing that I could say was bad was the pressure. My sink The water was terrible and the sink water did not go down. It just filled up, so there was plumbing issues. But outside of that, everything was amazing.

The stay was great. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. The bathroom set up was a bit strange and you can't open the bathroom door all the way as it hits the entry hall wall. Someone using a wheelchair or scooter would not have easy access. You have to stand between the counter and the toilet to use the sink which I found weird. The shower was great.
